*Requests for replacements of any product after 1 month since delivery date will be automatically voided*

  • All orders may take 4-7 weeks processing + shipment unless otherwise stated on specific product. This time allows us to create the products + package the products with love.   • Once an order has been shipped to the address submitted by the customer, the package is in the hands of the shipping provider. If this package is returned due to insufficient address (i.e. missing unit number, incorrect address, wrong address) we are not liable for reshipments to a corrected address as the shipping fee collected at checkout only covers one shipment. If the package is returned, and at the customers request, we will be able to re-ship the package for a secondary shipping fee. If the package is lost in transit when a return is processed it is the customers responsibility and will not be eligible for a refund. If the returned package arrives successfully the customer can request a refund minus the shipping fee, as the package has already been sent out once to ship. Please read carefully and please double check your shipping address information before submitting any orders.

  • **WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. IF A CUSTOMER ORDERS A PACKAGE TO A FORWARDING COMPANY OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. OR CANADA AND THAT PACKAGE BECOMES 1.) LOST OR 2.) RETURNED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FURTHER ACTIONS REGARDING THE PACKAGE. ANY ORDERS SENT UNKNOWINGLY TO A FORWARDING COMPANY AND IF FOR ANY REASON IS SENT BACK OR BECOMES LOST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND ANY FURTHER ACTION TO RETRIEVE THE PACKAGE WILL BE FORFEITED. THE CUSTOMER IS 100% RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR THE PACKAGE ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED IN THIS CASE SCENARIO. PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE PURCHASING.**
